The wooded lot on Somerset (address: 710 N. Estes) is the subject of a conditional zoning application, and a proposal to develop it into 92 dwelling units. We learned from the town website that the application has now been made formally to the town, and there are a number of upcoming public meetings, culminating in the Town Council meeting where they will decide whether to approve the current application.

Our neighbor Brian Daniels has graciously agreed to host a couple discussions for any interested neighbors, where we can discuss the current plans for the development, how the planned development interacts with our existing neighborhood, and any helpful feedback we can provide at these public meetings.
